A Note on Anonymity

You will come across stories from anonymous story contributors, or components of anonymity from named story contributors. We deeply honor the choice of storytellers who utilize anonymity, as this is fundamental to our mission of racial healing and empowerment against hate. As you will see, many testimonies address sensitive subjects such as physical violence, sexual abuse, medical discrimination and anti-blackness. Providing a space for anonymity ensures the safety and protection of our storytellers, allowing them to share their truths without fear of retaliation or further harm.
